A proud native of the Cooperstown area community, Sarah Stewart brings a lifelong connection and deep local knowledge to every real estate relationship. Sarah first entered the real estate industry in 2005, gaining valuable experience in sales and client service through 2008. Since then, her career has spanned general management, hospitality, construction project management, historic restoration, property management, and entrepreneurship—each adding to her well-rounded understanding of property, business, and community development.
As a former manager and now board of directors member of the historic Otsego Golf Club, Sarah has built lasting relationships and honed her leadership and project management skills. Her experience as a construction project manager, both independently and with a local design/build and historic restoration firm, gives her a keen eye for quality and potential in every property, while her role as a founding member of a favorite local brewery reflects her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to local growth.
